In these unprecedented times we find ourselves in, we have changed the way we operate in order to keep our customers & staff safe.
We have significantly reduced our capacity inside & are operating at 1 metre physical distancing minimum.
When visiting us for food and/or drinks, you will have the choice to sit inside, in our marquee or at the front patio.
Please note we currently have no background music as per government guidance.
It is mandatory that customers wear a face covering at all times apart from when seated at table (children under 5 are exempt).
Our staff will wear a face covering whilst serving your food & drink to your table as in normal times.
Here are our current guidelines for customers, which we would appreciate you read before planning a visit.
BOOK AHEAD Where possible for food or drinks by calling us on 01330 824393.
ON ARRIVAL Please use the sanitiser before entering & wait to be seated by a member of staff, who will also ask you to register for NHS Test & Protect. Your details will be held for 21 days & then deleted.
FACE COVERINGS Unless you can prove you are exempt, it is mandatory to wear a face covering over your nose & mouth at all times when not seated at your table e.g. when entering/leaving our building or going to the toilets. Children under 5 are exempt.
TOILETS Only 2 persons allowed in the toilets at one time, masks should be worn & please adhere to social distancing & respect others.
HOUSEHOLDS As per gov guidelines in phase 3, tables should not exceed 2 households with a maximum group size of 6. Children under 12 are not counted within the group of 6. If you are looking to visit with more than 2 households or more than 6 people, you will be required to sit at different tables.
SMOKING Including vaping is prohibited inside the building & marquee. We have designated smoking areas & an undercover area to the front right hand side of the building. Please do not gather in groups for cigarettes & adhere to social distancing.
QUEUING requires social distancing at all times whether inside or out & please do not approach the bar unless you are asked by a member of staff.
We look forward to welcoming you all & please make us aware if there are areas you feel need improvement as we are continually changing things as we move forward & welcome your feedback.
